This doctor made the best video for osteoarthritis exercises and tips. The best way for me to have handy access and maybe hear other people's opinions is to put it on my lovely blog. I have a friend with rheumatoid arthritis and perhaps there are tips on here for her too. Huge site! Lots of info!

Crayola Mouse - Compact Size for *KIDS* and ME

I wanted a new mouse and I have fairly small hands. While looking at the wall of Mice (mouses?) I spotted this fun little beauty. I am having to get used to having a plug-in mouse however no batteries needed. I have arthritis especially in my right hand so I wanted a compact mouse. Perfect fit.Even lights up!
