Inspired by a contest and created by me. Fun, simple and tasty Ore-Ida Tater Tots recipe! This was part of my JingleVoxBox adventure. Ask me how to join Influenster :) I received a coupon for Ore-Ida Tater Tots from Influenstervox / Influenster and my mission was to create my own version of Ore-Ida Totchos.  For more delicious recipes visit Kraft Recipes Totchos Hub Chili Ore-Ida Totchos For Two Recipe 1/2 bag Ore-Ida Extra Crispy Tater Tots 1/2 15 oz can of chili  1/2 cup of shredded cheese (I used a Colby and Monterey Jack mix) 4 oz diced green pepper 4 oz diced tomato Prepare tots according to package directions. Heat chili while Oreida tots are cooking and chop green pepper and tomato. I used one Roma tomato. Remove tots from oven and set oven to broil. Pour chili over tots and top with shredded cheese. My favorite summer fun activity is taking pictures so I like to take along something easy to snack on. I love Blue Diamond Almonds for a bunch of reasons! 1) Healthy 2) Never melt 3) Easy to grab 4) Easy to carry 5) Plenty to share ( If I think I may be sharing I just bring some cupcake liners ) 6) Never get smooshed 7) Tons of varieties - hot, sweet, spicy, fruity and right now I am noshing on the Low Sodium - delish ! 8) Easy to eat while on the computer - no worries if these somehow spill ( I think you are really talented if you manage to spill these) 9) Great to keep in the car What kind of summer activities do you want an easy snack for? The Challenge : Create a summer treat using five ingredients or less with Almond Breeze Chocolate Almondmilk  After enlisting my lovely little neighbor Courtney we made deliciously easy Chocolate Almondmilk and Banana Milkshakes. Since the chocolate is already perfectly blended into Almond Breeze Chocolate Almondmilk it really was a breeze!  Ingredients: Vanilla ice Cream  Banana (we used a half a banana sliced per serving)  Blue Diamond Chocolate Almond Breeze Almondmilk Optional Garnish Whipped Cream  Directions: I used a single serve blending device however my method can be used with any blender. I like my milkshakes thick but drinkable with a straw. Fill container about 2/3 with ice cream and pour Almond Breeze Chocolate Almondmilk slowly until the ice cream rises. Add sliced banana. Lots easier to just head to Kroger and look for the distinctive brown and gold label than make a reservation and get dressed up. There are lots of items to choose from to make a complete gourmet experience from appetizer through dessert . This time we opted for Private Selection Steakhouse Angus Beef Patties and they were seasoned perfectly right out of the box. A quick dash over to the deli and produce sections for Kroger pretzel rolls , prepared in house coleslaw , Roma tomatoes and radicchio and we were all set. Easy. This is one of Innovasian's stellar collection of fully cooked , frozen Asian meals. What I especially love is that they have no MSG. Another thing is that they are very easy to prepare. You can also purchase Innovasion Sticky White Rice that microwaves in five minutes. I thought I would share about this healthy meal option during the busy winter months because it is a fast and delicious way to eat right. Loved having the opportunity to try out some new cleaning products from Zep! Especially getting the disenfectant action without all the toxic fumes. Z ep Quick Clean Disinfectant is non-aerosol making it lots easier to use and I always think non-aerosol is better for any environment. Motivation for cleaning is always good and I kept seeing the buzz about Zep from my fellow bloggers so I was jazzed when I was invited to try it out. It was a great reason to actually move all the stuff out of the shower and get busy although the following photo is a little embarrassing .... YUCKY!  It took no time to get everything cleaned up and disinfected  for my little buddy with Zep Quick Clean Disinfectant. Warm the house by baking some banana bread. My sister Valerie shared this recipe with me :D Banana Bread Recipe Prep time: 5 minutes Cook time: 1 hour   Ingredients : 3 or 4 ripe bananas, mashed. 1/3 cup melted butter 1 cup sugar (can easily reduce to 3/4 cup) 1 egg, beaten 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 teaspoon baking soda Pinch of salt 1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour optional ~ add your favorite nuts like walnuts Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). With a wooden spoon, mix butter into the mashed bananas in a large mixing bowl. Mix in the sugar, egg, and vanilla. Sprinkle the baking soda and salt over the mixture and mix in. Add the flour last, mix. Pour mixture into a buttered 4x8 inch loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour. Cool on a rack. Remove from pan and slice to serve. Yield: Makes one loaf.

Did you know there were Kroger Brand Sliders? No need to form bunches of patties by hand when these little darlings are ready to go straight from the freezer to the grill , oven or stove. They even have great little slider buns that fit perfectly. I love these! They were hiding next to the frozen seafood. Also there are  regular sized burgers and seasoned turkey burgers. Pair 'em up with some pickles and Kroger Brand potato chips - easy peasy.   Summer is the time to get creative with fresh fruit.  I created my own sundae with Kroger Deluxe Vanilla Bean ice cream , fruit and some strawberry preserves.
