  I'll share what I have learned about some new cultured dairy blend options from Kroger (and its family of stores including Ralph's , Fred Meyer ,Scott's etc.)   * LIST OF STORES * For those of you watching carbohydrates Kroger has its CARBmaster brand which has lower carbs, calories and sugar than regular yogurt. Lots of fun flavors including dessert ones like Cinnamon Roll and Caramel Spice Cake. Mmm Caramel Spice Cake with 60 calories and 8 grams of protein. Kroger also has a fun and delicious line of tart and tasty Greek and Greek Lite yogurts with no fat and 90 calories. So far my favorites are Black Cherry and Honey. There are a lot of products in this great new line at the Kroger family of stores.The last number I saw was over 140 products and growing. The fresh and simple packaging makes it easy to spot on the shelves and you can find Simple Truth and Simple Truth Organic in nearly every department of the store. We had a lot of fun trying out Morning Star Farms products and here are some of the ways I prepared them.  One especially nice surprise was how easy they are to prepare in the microwave. Really easy. So not only are they a more healthful alternative and yummy there is way less mess. MorningStar Farms Spicy Black Bean Burger on whole wheat pita with shredded carrots and kale. Bolillo roll, Boston lettuce, horseradish cheddar cheese, Roma tomato and Morningstar Grillers Original. Mmm smells like sausage! Library hours have been a fluctuating and frustrating thing for citizens of Gwinnett County (Georgia). I love libraries and have given up going because they were closed the last few times I tried. The Lilburn branch is where I discovered my favorite book thus far  "The Dollmaker" by Harriette Simpson Arnow.
