This product is a game changer - I am cooking more and having fun doing it. The Ozeri Green Earth Pan not only makes it easier to cook it makes it safer. 
 The textured ceramic cooking surface creates air pockets which distribute heat underneath food to enhance cooking performance. Less heat needed means less energy used. 
 This ceramic coating is 100% PTFE and PFOA free meaning no harmful fumes are emitted during cooking.
-PTFE = PolyTetraFluroEthylene - the fumes of which can be lethal to birds and small pets
-PFOA=PerFluroOctanicAcid - persistent pollutant (does not break down)  

I did not know about these before I reviewed this ! It was great to cook eggs and have them just slide around with very minimal oil. Basically you just season the pan and you are ready. That worked so well the next day I purposely spilled over the cheese on a grilled cheese to delightful and delicious results.

I wanted a new mouse and I have fairly small hands. While looking at the wall of Mice (mouses?) I spotted this fun little beauty.
