Hellman's sets chickens free (updated video!)

Hellman's Mayonnaise has committed to be using 100% cage free eggs by 2020.
They are celebrating by sharing things with you and me! Real Tastes Better 
Lets start out with a recipe!
Turkey & Avocado BLT ...



INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Tbsp. Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
  • 1 ciabatta or soft roll, split and toasted
  • 2 green leaf lettuce leaves
  • 3 ounces sliced deli turkey breast
  • 2 slices tomato
  • 3 slices avocado (optional)
  • 2 slices bacon, crisp-cooked

DIRECTIONS

  1. Evenly spread Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise on roll, then layer with remaining ingredients.   

Just as easy as can be!

The author , Dr..Reza Ghorbani MD , ABIPP, FIPP is a Harvard trained pain management specialist. So I looked up his practice *click here if you want to check him out*   I was curious about the fancy letters in his title too  ABIPP- American Board of Interventional Pain Physicians   FIPP-  Fellow of Interventional Pain Practice  The book "Secrets To A Pain Free Life" packs a lot of information and compassion into its relatively small size.
