Game at Your Own Pace With ThinkFun Solitaire Chess :D

Sometimes you just want to unplug and get away from it all. The phone, the TV, the computer are all fun yet you do not get away from the ads, the reminders, the to-do list, the pace of things set by others.
That is why I jumped at the chance to review Solitaire Chess Strategic Skill Building Game . No logging in or setting up a time to play. You just set up the space friendly board book and maybe throw a log on the fire.
I like a challenge, I like time to ponder or putter and I love games. ThinkFun’s Solitaire Chess fits all these categories. It also purports to reduce stress and provide a good brain workout. So far so good but we’ll see about the stress level when I get to the harder levels...

It is really portable so I am trying to get myself to take it outside and get some extra Vitamin D. I think it would be great for parents sitting outside watching the kids play.
Other thoughts: gift giving, put in the office for a refreshing break. Any ideas?

I wanted a new mouse and I have fairly small hands. While looking at the wall of Mice (mouses?) I spotted this fun little beauty. I am having to get used to having a plug-in mouse however no batteries needed. I have arthritis especially in my right hand so I wanted a compact mouse. Perfect fit.Even lights up!
